Before arrival

  1. Enquiry

Send us your dates and tell us a little about your dog.

  2. Discuss your dog's needs

We talk through routine, temperament, health and anything that matters.

  3. Agree dates

We confirm availability personally — an enquiry alone is never a confirmed booking.

  4. Meet-and-greet

We arrange a friendly meeting between your dog and our family dogs so everyone can get along before the stay is confirmed.

  5. Share the details

Feeding, walking, routine, medication and any special requirements.

  6. Arrange drop-off

We agree a time that suits you and settle your dog in gently.

During the stay

  1. Part of the household

Your dog lives with us in the home — not in a kennel.

  2. Two 1-hour+ walks every day

Countryside paths, fields and forest, every single day.

  3. Garden access

A garden to potter about in throughout the day.

  4. Time with the family

Company, play and calm downtime — never left alone for long.

  5. Two resident dogs

Friendly company from our own dogs, at your dog's pace.

  6. Daily photos

Regular photos so you can see how your dog is doing.

Going home

  1. Pick-up

We agree on a pick-up time that works for you.

  2. Final update

We'll tell you how the stay went — eating, sleeping, walking, mood.

  3. Happy reunion

A well-exercised, well-loved dog goes home with you.
