Key Information & General Terms

• One Guest Dog at a Time: To guarantee individual attention and a calm environment, we only host one guest dog (or dogs from the same household) at a time.
• Compatibility: All guest dogs must be friendly and comfortable around other dogs, as they will share space with our family dogs. A meet-and-greet is required prior to finalizing any booking.
• Health & Vaccination: Your dog must be in good health, up to date on required vaccinations, and treated for fleas and worms prior to their stay. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or behavioral quirks must be fully disclosed during the booking process.
• Food & Supplies: Owners are required to provide enough of their dog's regular food, treats, and any necessary medication for the duration of the stay to prevent stomach upset or routine changes.
• Emergency Medical Care: In the rare event that your dog requires veterinary attention during their stay, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we will seek appropriate veterinary care at the owner's expense.

Rates & Pricing

• Standard Rate: €50 per night
• 7+ Nights Stay: €47 per night
• 14+ Nights Stay: €45 per night

Rates are calculated per night. Payment terms and details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

The Booking Process

Sending an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. All dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed personally. Here is how booking works step-by-step:

• 1. Enquiry: Send us your preferred dates and tell us a little about your dog (breed, age, temperament, routines).
• 2. Discuss Your Dog's Needs: We talk through your dog's daily routine, temperament, health considerations, and anything else that matters to ensure we are a good fit.
• 3. Agree Dates: We check our calendar and personally confirm date availability with you. (Please note: an initial enquiry alone is never a confirmed booking).
• 4. Meet-and-Greet: We arrange a friendly meeting between your dog and our family dogs. This ensures everyone gets along safely and comfortably before the stay is officially finalized.
• 5. Share the Details: You provide complete instructions regarding feeding, walking schedules, routines, medications, and any specific requirements.
• 6. Arrange Drop-Off: We agree on a convenient drop-off and pick-up time, and gently settle your dog into their home away from home!
